Mary joins the Campbell & Company team with a background in non-profit HR. Mary is an experienced generalist in the field and has been responsible for full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, leave requests, and the development of policies, procedures, and more. Prior to joining Campbell & Company, Mary worked at NAMI Chicago, a leading voice for support, healing, and mental health advocacy in Chicago. She’s also served on the HR team at the Chinese Mutual Aid Association, a long-standing social impact organization serving the needs, promoting the interests, and enhancing the well-being of low-income immigrants & refugees. Mary is passionate about supporting organizations focused on serving and supporting communities in Chicago, and she sees Campbell contributing to that work in communities close to home and across the country. She’s excited to be able to support that impact in her role as People Operations Generalist.
