Katy is a problem solver who brings her unique experience in the nonprofit and public sectors to inform her client work at Campbell & Company. With a background in adaptive recreation, disability inclusion, and environmental advocacy, Katy is passionate about the nonprofit sector and its ability to help people live happier, healthier lives.
Drawing from hands-on experience that spans both frontline fundraising and back-office support, Katy loves breaking down complex processes into simple steps and helping her clients build more effective work habits. She has a deep understanding of the unique challenges that small development teams face and loves finding creative solutions that lead to big changes.
Katy holds a Master of Nonprofit Leadership from Seattle University and a BS in Recreation Therapy from Ithaca College. Outside of the office, Katy is an avid hiker, trail runner, skier, traveler, and a very cool aunt.
