Campaign Counsel and Implementation
Effective campaigns take direction and strategy. Let us help you drive progress.
We’re rolling up our sleeves.
Throughout a major fundraising campaign, our hands-on guidance and support takes many forms: recruiting volunteers to advocate for you in the community; training your staff in the art and science of donor cultivation and solicitation; identifying your best prospects and brainstorming the ways to capture their hearts and minds.
From the initial campaign operating plan to the gifts that get you to your goal, we’re here to support, strategize, and celebrate.
Actionable recommendations for fundraising success.
We will take an in-depth look at fundraising performance and focus on what can improve, grow, or optimize. We will leverage our integrated teams to address critical program needs including but not limited to broad-based and high touch donor engagement strategies; development operations; staff roles and responsibilities; volunteer management; and donor communications.
Our work will result in a series of actionable recommendations that will yield near- and long-term results.
Flexible Services to Meet You Where You Are.
Our counsel services are flexible by design, to better respond to fundraising roadblocks and opportunities as they arise. Generally, our services follow one of three basic models.
Campaign Management
The most intensive counsel model, campaign management provides significant on-site and off-site support for your campaign. This model is most useful for organizations currently dealing with a development leadership gap, with no development staff, and/or where significant preparatory work will be necessary for a successful campaign.
Tactical Counsel
Our services provide support for building and maintaining overarching campaign infrastructure. Tactical counsel can be honed to support mission critical campaign tasks such as onboarding and training staff, implementing new systems or policies to drive campaign operations, and providing back office support to frontline gift officers.
Strategic Counsel
This counsel model gives you an advisor and mentor in all areas of fundraising throughout a campaign. Organizations that benefit most from strategic counsel will likely have full staff capacity and are looking for a sounding board to review priority action items and donor or volunteer engagement strategies.

Our team of uniquely qualified and experienced consultants can provide essential interim management during periods of organizational change.
