Nora Muñoz has over ten years of experience in development information management with educational, cultural and human services organizations. Ms. Muñoz is particularly skilled in prospect research and management, development systems and donor stewardship.

Before joining Campbell & Company, Ms. Muñoz served as manager of development services at the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago, where she wrote comprehensive policies and procedures for handling donations, managed the donor database system and led the department through a database conversion. She also helped translate annual fund materials from English to Spanish. Prior to working at the YMCA, Ms. Muñoz served as director of development systems for the Philadelphia Zoo, research manager for the Philadelphia Museum of Art and senior research associate for the University of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Muñoz is bilingual. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in sociology. She is a past secretary for the Association of Professional Researchers for Advancement (APRA), Illinois Chapter. She is also past president of APRA-Greater Philadelphia, which later merged with PREP-APRA, and a past committee member and administrator of the Mid-Atlantic Researchers Conference (MARC). Ms. Muñoz has spoken on various topics relating to development, prospect research and development services. She is a member of APRA International.
